- Kandidat setidaknya lulusan SMA/SMK Jurusan Mesin, Diploma di Teknik (Fabrikasi/Peralatan Metal & Pencelupan/Pengelasan), Teknik (Industri), Teknik (Mekanikal) atau setara.
- Setidaknya memiliki 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Teknisi Mesin Pabrik Masker.
- Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki: Mampu menganalisa kerusakan mesin Masker dan membuat laporan mesin secara periodik, Menjaga peralatan dan mesin dalam keadaan baik, , Bertanggung jawab melakukan Set Up / Setting mesin sampai barang sesuai sampel dalam waktu yang ditargetkan, Mampu memperbaiki kerusakan mesin masker secara optimal dan efektif
- Diutamakan yang berpengalaman sebagai teknisi di Pabrik Masker.
- Lebih disukai Pegawai (non-manajemen & non-supervisor) khusus dalam Teknik – Industri atau setara.
